Free Worldwide Shipping
Shipping is always free, with no minimum order, anywhere we deliver. Every order is tracked end-to-end and insured.

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends, public holidays and processing time (1–2 business days).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link, usually within 48 hours of placing the order. You can track your parcel at any time from this link.
Customs & Import Duties
Within the European Union: no additional fees. Prices include applicable taxes.
Outside the EU (US, UK, Switzerland, Asia, etc.): Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order over €500 if you are outside the EU.
30-Day Free Returns
Not what you expected? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
- Items must be unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Returns are free within the EU. Outside the EU, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To start a return, email contact@luxuryboutiqueco.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, the easiest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you secure your new piece before stock runs out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luxuryboutiqueco.com with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
